Daxxify®, Jeuveau®, & Xeomin®

Daxxify®, Jeuveau®, and Xeomin® are injectable treatments that use purified botulinum toxins to temporarily relax the muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles - those wrinkles caused by movement. These neurotoxins are not fillers and don't replace volume loss.

Like Botox, they treat facial wrinkles and fine lines by stopping or relaxing muscle contractions by inhibiting acetylcholine - a neurotransmitter - from binding with its receptors on nerve cells, thus preventing the chemical signal from being sent to the brain and muscles. Clinical trials indicate a comparable safety profile and effectiveness in diminishing wrinkles, though results typically are longer with Daxxify® due to the added peptide component known as PXT.

Regular treatments can prevent the formation of new wrinkles by relaxing muscles that cause repetitive facial expressions, slowing the skin’s natural aging process!

Daxxify® (daxibotulinumtoxinA-Ianm) - also known as the "Botox Alternative" - features a unique peptide-enhanced formulation that helps the toxin bind to the nerves, enabling faster onset and longer-lasting results. Daxxify® can potentially work within days and maintain effectiveness longer than other neurotoxin-based injectables (and requires fewer follow-up treatments)!

Additionally, Daxxify® is the only frown-line treatment created and manufactured in the US and contains no animal by-products!

Jeuveau® - pronounced "Joo-vo" and also known as "Newtox" - is a synthetic neurotoxin. Jeuveau® (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) is FDA-approved for glabellar lines or frown lines but can be used for other off-label areas by a qualified professional.

Xeomin® (incobotulinumtoxinA) is FDA-approved for glabellar lines or frown lines but can be used for other off-label areas by a qualified professional.

Contraindications to Neurotoxins

Allergy to cow's milk protein
Known reaction, such as allergy or hypersensitivity, to previous botulinum toxin injections for aesthetic or medical reasons
Certain medical conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, and respiratory problems
Individuals with neuromuscular disorders
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
Keloid scarring
Infection or inflammation on or near the desired injection site
